Tonight's Dinner

The weather has taken a sudden cooler change today. It was thunder storm last night, coolish followed by a light drizzle this morning. So what better to have for dinner than a nice hot curry chicken.

I have been trying to imitate my mom's curry for years, but I just never got anywhere close to hers. So tonight, I added a few more spices and used quite a lot of oil to get that nice layer of chilli oil floating on the top. I think I am close to it. We ate that with some frozen roti prata (Buatan Malaysia)! Yummy, slurp slurp!
