Picnic at the park

This evening, instead of cooking at home, we decided to go for barbie at the park. A few sausages, chicken kebab, potato salad, some bread, a picnic blanket, off we went for a nice little outing. Since daylight saving started in the last weekend, it has meant we get to enjoy more of the daylight and that it's still nice n bright at 7 in the evening.

There were lots of families out at the park, JD befriended another 3 year old boy, Chloe happily sat at her pram watching her daddy doing the barbie, and me happily snapping away pics.

It started to get a bit windy and cool half way through our picnic dinner and we had to quickly pack the kids back in the car.
